Talent Sourcing Specialist Associate

Description

Includes work across several areas of talent sourcing, including: Talent prospecting (e.g., supporting the development of pipeline candidates, searching resume databases, conducting outreach to passive candidates), job advertising and posting (e.g., posting on internal and external sites), and market research (e.g., identifying job boards and recruitment channels aligned to the role). May assist with the creation of candidate messaging and tracking of applicant engagement. Applies broad theoretical knowledge typically obtained through on the job learning (possibly sourcing certifications, no degree required). May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised; Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex; Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are non-exempt.
