Includes work across advanced areas of talent sourcing, including: Strategic sourcing development (e.g., designing and implementing multi-unit strategies aligned to organizational goals), passive candidate engagement (e.g., proactive outreach for director-level and higher or niche roles), performance analytics (e.g., interpreting sourcing data to inform strategy and advise hiring teams across functional areas), and long-term talent pipeline building. Also includes technology supports (implementation of new, super user for existing), vendor management and consultation with departments to align sourcing with unit-specific talent needs. Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision; Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals; Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. Employees in this classification typically analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and have the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities. Primary activities and decision-making authority are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations to a substantial degree.
