Allied Health Technical Specialist

Description

Provides technical expertise in the maintenance, acquisition and use of complex technical equipment and supplies, including extracorporeal life support systems; to plan and provide technical instruction and to coordinate problem resolution for multiple departments and health care providers. May transport patients on life support systems and respond to emergency situations. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
