Facilities Utilization Planner

Description

Assists in planning and coordinating campus-wide use of space and physical facilities. Maintains current floor plans and data on campus facilities. Receives and analyzes requests for space. Develops plans to maximize facility use. Makes space allocation recommendations to administration. May develop analytical studies in support of space or physical facility changes. Requires a bachelor degree or equivalent plus 2-3 years related experience. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
