Counsel and advise students, faculty and departments about housing with focus on family housing apartments and residence halls. Manage leasing of units including annual renewals. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for leasing. Counsel residents on their housing needs and issues. Utilize marketing strategies to create desirable housing to fit needs of single and family students. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
