Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments. Has well-developed leadership qualities. Plans, conducts and supervises assignments, generally involving the larger and more important projects or more than one project. Reviews progress and evaluates results. Schedules and may supervise project work. Evaluates progress and results and recommends major changes in procedures. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
