Description
As leader of the marketing and analysis effort, responsible for implementing data-driven decision making in order to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Annual Giving programs. Evaluates annual acquisition, retention and upgrades strategy effectiveness. Identifies optimal audience for appeals and application of resources using data-mining and modeling. Develops and manages a systematic Annual Giving marketing and communications strategy. Education and experience: Bachelors degree and five or more years of experience in annual giving, marketing or advertising. Employees in this classification typically analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and have the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities. Primary activities and decision making authority are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations to a substantial degree. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
