Personal Trainer

Description

Provides physical fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, strength and flexibility training programs, and fitness and lifestyle instruction to clients. Analyzes barriers to behavior change and assists clients in establishing behavior and lifestyle change goals and strategies for weight loss, strength and flexibility, conditioning, and rehabilitation. Develops and delivers curriculum content for instructional classes. Implements policies relevant to fitness equipment utilization. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in physical education or related fields and two years of experience. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
