MLabs Client Liaison

Description

Provides account support for assigned MLabs client accounts. Serves as the point of contact for clients to address questions regarding pricing, fee schedules, billing turnaround times, new testing, etc. Serves as the point of contact for other Department of Pathology divisions to assist in resolving issues regarding client specimens and requisitions. Assist with the start-up and coordination of new clients. Assist in end-user training for MLabs Connect applications and serves as a liaison between MLabs Connect users and technical, developmental, and business teams. Employees typically analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and have the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities. Primary activities and decision-making authority are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations to a substantial degree. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
