Description

Evaluates current state of wellness and risk reduction services on an ongoing basis, and utilizes tactical expertise to develop, plan, implement, and evaluate specialized and targeted program delivery options to meet quantitative, qualitative, and business outcomes to support the overall MHealthy strategy. Utilizes available data (including population or sub-population risk assessments, needs assessments, and interest inventories) to provide a comprehensive framework for the delivery of targeted primary and secondary prevention interventions to University employee subpopulations, built from the MHealthy service portfolio. Execute targeted health risk reduction services to high-risk populations to ensure optimization of health status, and sustainable change in health behavior and health-related lifestyle choices. Employees in this classification typically analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and have the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities. Primary activities and decision making authority are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations to a substantial degree. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
