Marketing Assistant Associate

Description

Performs a variety of clerical/administrative functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans and projects including some or all of the following: maintains schedules for key marketing projects and tracks expenditures and budgets; maintains stock of literature, mails catalogs, updates and adds records to computer databases; assists in the logistics of planning and set up for company meetings, special events, trade shows and other sales promotion events; coordinates communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials. 0-2 years of experience in position. Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned functional area. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
