Description

Performs a variety of clerical/administrative functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans and projects including some or all of the following: maintains schedules for key marketing projects and tracks expenditures and budgets; maintains stock of literature, mails catalogs, updates and adds records to computer databases; assists in the logistics of planning and set up for company meetings, special events, trade shows and other sales promotion events; coordinates communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials. 2 or more years of experience in position. Applies advanced skills appropriate for the position within assigned functional area to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Duties and tasks are varied and may be somewhat complex. Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Works under minimal supervision. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
