Under minimal direction, reviews and evaluates construction documents, contract documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawings for new and complex building construction projects and renovations. Field inspects building construction and renovations including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Collaborates and coordinates efforts to assure quality construction with user satisfaction. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
