Sales Representative Senior

Description

Under general direction, generates revenue and/or profit margin in assigned accounts and territories. Insures high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers. Responsible for setting account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and/or monthly basis. Generally develops business with key or named accounts and may lead dedicated account teams. May also be assigned to coach and mentor Entry Level and Intermediate Sales Representatives. Typically requires at least six years of experience in sales including advanced knowledge of or previous work within the industry. Employees in this classification are customarily and regularly engaged away from the employer's place of business, in making or obtaining orders or contracts for products or services to be performed by others. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
