Description
Coordinates production of a wide range of print materials for internal and external audiences, such as publications, advertisements, and websites. Conceptualizes design layout of pages, photo processing and original graphic design, as well as other visual layouts for internet web sites, printed materials, television or other media. Ensure design consistency throughout all media. Coordinates all aspects of print sales, including scheduling, billing, sales, service, pricing policy and sales channels. Requires the ability to manage multiple projects and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Employees in this classification typically analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and have the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities. Primary activities and decision making authority are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations to a substantial degree. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
