Description
Develop, plan, promote, organize, schedule, supervise, and evaluate the assigned program, intramural sports, marketing and communication strategy, membership sales or personal training and strength programs; will supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; direct and manage technology use for the program; direct and oversee the operation of the program; provide maintenance and expansion of electronic marketing mediums; Create budgets, policies, procedures, and directs operations of all areas of oversight. Management responsibilities include the authority to hire, fire, or promote assigned employees or make recommendations that are given particular weight. Employees have impact on budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and procedural change. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
