Includes work across multiple areas of talent sourcing, including: Talent prospecting (e.g., independently developing and executing proactive outreach strategies), job advertising (e.g., recommending targeted job boards and networks), sourcing pipeline development (e.g., relationship-building with passive talent), and analytics (e.g., monitoring data from job boards and outreach platforms to assess performance and ROI). Applies practical knowledge of job area through education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision; Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex; May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Employees in this classification typically analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and have the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities. Primary activities and decision-making authority are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations somewhat. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
