Front-of-House Coordinator

Description

Under general supervision, has oversight for front-of-house lobby operations and patron services related to ticketed performances. Serves as a public representative for the organization regarding critical issues such as ticketing concerns, late seating, patron complaints, crowd control, emergency procedures, and enforcement of relevant policies, demonstrating the highest level of customer service and safety. Communicates on-site with backstage and venue management staff for efficient lobby operations. Recruits, trains, schedules and supervises head ushers and volunteer usher staff. Professional experience in customer service, lobby event management, and public relations is required. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
