Description
Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of organization policies and procedures. Audits organization to identify employee relations issues, and recommends appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues. May participate in exit interviews and grievance procedures. 0 - 2 years of professional experience. Entry level for degreed individuals, or equivalent combination. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization. Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks. Work is routine and instructions are usually detailed. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
