Research Technician Lead

Description

Provides senior-level technical support by performing a broad range of complex research related tasks. Acts as specialist on research methods and equipment functions. Performs a variety of tests requiring a high degree of proficiency. Troubleshoots problems and recommends solutions. Evaluates experiment results using complex statistical and multivariate analysis. Instructs an academic section in research techniques, instruments, methods, and procedures. Education and Experience: Bachelor degree and 2 to 3 years experience. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
