Research Laboratory Technician Senior

Description

Provides technical lab support by performing complex laboratory and research related tasks. Acts as specialist on laboratory methods and equipment functions. Performs a variety of tests requiring a high degree of proficiency. Troubleshoots problems and recommends solutions. Evaluates experiment results using statistical and multivariate analysis. May instruct a laboratory academic section in laboratory techniques, instruments, methods, and procedures. Education and Experience: Bachelor degree required. 1 to 2 years experience preferred. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
