Description
Meets with students and staff to discuss and support their needs for disability and accessibility services. Responsible for assisting with general work such as intake, triage, coordinating and facilitating services with other staff and faculty members. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of field of specialization. Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks. Solves routine or standard requests or problems. Ensures compliance with standards, and policies are met. High school diploma or associate degree with 0-1 years of customer service experience. Under the FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
