Security Coordinator

Description

Assists in the development of programs for the prevention and detection of impropriety, conflict of interest, theft and fraud, and other illegal or unauthorized activities which may adversely affect the company. Determines the need for internal or external investigative services by uncovering facts and identifying possible fraud or other questionable activities. Reviews documentation and interviews witnesses. Utilizes company systems, internal and external data sources, and available software to detect fraud and conduct in-depth investigations. Coordinates cases through criminal prosecution and civil actions to recover lost funds, and through Human Resources for actions relating to employee issues. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
