Guest Services Specialist

Description

Serve as first contact for individuals entering the facility. Provide a range of guest services, including issuing identification or access badges/cards, parking authorization and validation. Provide directions for and information about various services and locations within the facility, as well as within the local community. Maintain a secure and clean environment. Orient individuals to the amenities and use of such in the facility. Must be able to interact and communicate with a wide diversity of individuals. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
