Description
Promote student learning and development and assists in the development of policies and programs related to the residential college. Assist the Residence Hall Director in on going operation of residence halls including, selection, training, supervision and evaluation of residence life staff. Creates and maintains a positive multicultural learner-centered community to impact student learning, academic success, and co-curricular participation. Represents department operations internally and externally via committee meetings. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and experience in managing a large residential plant. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
