Training Specialist Associate

Description

Administers, organizes and conducts training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. The senior levels of this position may design and develop in-house programs. 0 - 2 years of professional experience. Entry level for degreed individuals, or equivalent combination. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization. Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks. Work is routine and instructions are usually detailed. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
