Recruits qualified applicants for staff nurse or other positions requiring registered nurse licensure, licensed practical nurse or graduate nurse positions. Investigates sources and determines marketing approach. Places advertisements, attends career days, job fairs, and student and RN conventions. Coordinates in-house recruitment efforts. Interviews candidates and refers them to appropriate clinical service. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
