Description
Under direct supervision, assists in analyzing the talent that the organization needs to execute their business strategy. Understands the concept of strategic staffing and is knowledgeable about the organization's future direction; familiar with analyzing workforce reports. Collaborates with departments or managers on staffing issues affecting employees; participates in recruitment events to meet general department and staffing needs and works to understand program needs are met by delivering appropriate services to the department or organization. Aware of how environmental factors can impact an organization; aware of total rewards and retention concepts. Familiar with concepts and applies them with guidance or assistance. Typically requires a Bachelor degree with no or little experience newly entering the field. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
