Human Resources Business Partner Senior Healthcare

The Senior HR Business Partner performs all the duties of HR Business Partner (HRBP) plus the following: Provides coaching and mentorship to HR Business Partners, encouraging self-sufficiency, leveraging HR contemporary and best practices, and enhancing overall individual and team performance and impact. Provides advice and counsel to assigned HR Business Partners as needed. Serves as subject matter expert and/or provides consultation on complex and sensitive HR-related matters, offering guidance as needed to HRBPs and managers/leaders across the organization in all HR areas. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field. Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus. A minimum of seven years of progressive and successful HR experience, preferably in a complex organization. Employees in this classification typically analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and have the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance, free from immediate direction, within the scope of their responsibilities. Primary activities and decision making authority are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations to a substantial degree. Under FLSA, this is the exempt job classification for this title. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
