Academic Human Resources Specialist

Description

Review and identify required changes on submissions by schools/colleges for monthly Regent's communications. Provide assistance to schools and colleges on policy and practice interpretations and guidelines for instructional faculty appointments. Review casebooks and recommendations for conformity to legal requirements. Work closely with Provost's Office for annual review of tenure and promotions. Prepare and maintain reports. Update, maintain and prepare agendas, communications, manuals and yearly memos. Maintain and reconcile budgets, accounts, and expense reports. Provide administrative support with calendars, mailings, files and answering phones. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
