Facilities Coordinator

Description

Maintains database of space assignments, updates floor plans, manages requests regarding space assignment. Construction and renovation projects: Manages internal requirements regarding construction and renovation projects and coordinates with facilities and building personnel. Manages all requests for phone, pager and cell phone services, ID badges, keys, cleaning, furniture repairs, kitchen problems, etc. Manages property disposition processes. Manages building leases. Manages Fire Monitor, Security Liaison and Monitor systems. Serves as the liaison with facilities and building groups and serves as departmental point of contact for all facilities issues. Some experience in facility management, space planning, space management and food service management is necessary. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
