Meetings and Special Events Assistant

Description

Assists the Meetings and Special Events Manager in the planning and execution of logistics for company meetings, special events, trade shows and other sales promotion events. Assists in site selection, food and beverage selection as well as makes arrangements for audio-visual, transportation and other services. Keeps track of all expenses and assists in conducting reconciliations and preparing reports on activities costs. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
