Description
Perform photographic and digital imaging work, including imaging of complex, rare and fragile objects and library materials. Modify or develop new imaging methods and procedures. Plan and schedule the production assignments of the unit and review original specifications and final products on individual projects. Determine equipment needs and specifications with outside vendors, and select and recommend equipment purchases. Coordinate photographic projects with researchers, faculty and department heads; advise faculty, staff and students on photographic techniques, procedures and costs. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
