Description
The primary responsibility is to write and publish original content for online platforms and social network engagement. Promotes and communicates information about the organization's products/services, events, and information. Reviews and responds to social media feedback. Escalates feedback and issues. Ensures messaging is consistent across all platforms. Keeps abreast of evolving social media platforms and industry specifics. Tracks discussion topics and prepares usage and engagement reports. Applies best practices and in-depth knowledge and experience to manage projects and processes and activities. Coaches, trains, and reviews the work of less experienced employees. May represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or until retirement. May require a specific bachelor's degree related to the work being performed. Utilizes conceptual and practical experience for more than one activity, process, or function. Works independently to prioritize, organize, and make decisions related to own work and the team to meet objectives. Uses critical thinking and analytic skills to recommend and solve difficult or complex problems. Anticipates customer needs, assesses requirements, and solves complex situations.
