Benefits Administrator Senior
Description
Under general direction, assists in the development and administration of one or more benefit programs. Consults with and advises employees on eligibility for insurance, hospitalization, and other benefits, amounts of coverage, and claims procedures. Maintains benefit records and prepares documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage. May provide direction to entry-level benefits administrators. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
