Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Analyzes process steps and interdependencies in existing business applications that are typically done by a human user. Identifies business operations processes that are feasible for automation. Assesses and documents technical and functional requirements. Implements and supports robotic process solutions. Provides expertise and is liaison between the business unit and IT department.
