End User Computing Specialist Senior

Description

Under general direction, provides second/third level end user PC support. Coordinates configuration/installation and general troubleshooting of PC hardware and software. Implements hardware and software testing. Directs end user training and documentation. Provides remote PC support and troubleshooting. Provides status reports, problem summaries, and project status as required. Typically requires experience working with Token Ring. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
