Description
Participates in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements. Examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules. Prepares bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits. Reviews bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids. Negotiates contracts and amendments with customer or bidder. Coordinates work of various departments, and acts as liaison between company and subcontractors to implement fulfillment of contracts. 0 - 2 years of professional experience. Entry level for degreed individuals, or equivalent combination. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization. Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks. Work is routine and instructions are usually detailed. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
