Digital Marketing Senior

Description

Drives customer demand and traffic to organization's online platforms by developing and implementing digital/internet marketing campaigns and approaches. Optimizes website keywords/text to drive high search engine rankings and manages pay-per-click (PPC) activities. Develops or publishes useful and/or entertaining web content (blogs, games, videos, product reviews, training/reference materials, etc.). Develops email, text, and social media campaigns/promotions. Manages online content advertising. Tracks and analyzes campaign data, industry trends, and competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for expansion and optimization. Applies best practices and in-depth knowledge and experience to manage projects and processes and activities. Coaches, trains, and reviews the work of less experienced employees. May represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or until retirement. May require a specific bachelor's degree related to the work being performed. Utilizes conceptual and practical experience for more than one activity, process, or function. Works independently to prioritize, organize, and make decisions related to own work and the team to meet objectives. Uses critical thinking and analytic skills to recommend and solve difficult or complex problems. Anticipates customer needs, assesses requirements, and solves complex situations. Serves as an escalation resource for less experienced employees. Explains difficult issues and may work to build consensus. This job is exempt under FLSA. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
