Digital Marketing Lead

Description

Drives customer demand and traffic to organization's online platforms by developing and implementing digital/internet marketing campaigns and approaches. Optimizes website keywords/text to drive high search engine rankings and manages pay-per-click (PPC) activities. Develops or publishes useful and/or entertaining web content (blogs, games, videos, product reviews, training/reference materials, etc.). Develops email, text, and social media campaigns/promotions. Manages online content advertising. Tracks and analyzes campaign data, industry trends, and competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for expansion and optimization. Recognized as a subject matter expert, usually acquired through extensive work experience. Manages large projects, processes, or activities; Coaches, trains, and assigns work as a team lead. Progression to this level is typically restricted based on business need. May require a specific bachelor's degree related to the work being performed. Contains depth of skills necessary to interpret business issues and recommend best practices, process improvements, new technologies, and/or products. Works independently to prioritize, organize, and make decisions related to projects and teams. Uses critical thinking and analytic skills to solve difficult or complex problems. Recommends solutions using a creative perspective. Anticipates customer needs and identifies creative solutions to solve complex situations. Serves as an escalation resource for less experienced employees. Explains difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a different point of view. This job is exempt under FLSA. Incumbents in this position must meet the full criteria for exempt status: salary level, salary basis, and duties tests.
