Description

Ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required. Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling, and shipping. 0-2 years of experience in position. Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned functional area. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
